This is the new video for ‘Belinda’ by whiskey-fuelled vintage rockers Albino. Fans of the Doors and The Animals should make sure to heck this one out – if not for the music then simply for the amusing visuals.
This new Christmas sing-along by Jon McDevitt avoids the common approaches to the genre. Thoughtful lyrics by co-writer Dominic Hudson paint Father Christmas as a figure missing from Christmas, whilst allowing the listener to interpret it as to how or why. Musically, ‘Father Christmas’ is pretty easy listening. The seasonal single blends influences from The Smiths and Dexys Midnight Runners to form a tuneful jingle – perfect festive gold. The video features a collage of McDevitt and his supporting band – Dave Coston, Anna Kenkins, Neill Tupman, Matt Francis, Stuart Francis and Lucy Camsell.
From creating the theme tune to the Channel 5 series ‘A Different Life’ to selling 2000 unsigned albums with his original band Geist, McDevitt has a strong background in the music industry. We wish him the best of luck with the release contemporary festive jingle!
Born in Australia but now living in London, Kinky Dove is the musical moniker of frontman Scott Wade and his evolving collective of musicians. Progenitors of gritty, driving rock, the group are readying themselves for a fresh assault on the music industry with a brand new three track EP.
Their particular brand of rock and roll, defined in many ways by the bluesy, post-rock growl of Wade on vocals, is currently in short supply both nationally and globally, and Kinky Dove are now looking to redress that balance.

Produced by Chris Kimsey, previously of Olympic Studios, the EP marks Kinky Dove out as one of the earthiest rock bands on the scene. Fans of Scott Wade and Kinky Dove before they began working together, the producer understood the style and heights at which the music was aiming, and helped fuse that vision into the musical reality that Kinky Dove has become.
The CD was mixed by Wade. Studio legend Phill Brown loved the sound of the CD, commenting that the mixes were “open and alive.”
The resulting EP is a continuation of form from previous album ‘Kinky Dove vol. 1’, and the latest step in Kinky Dove’s climb.

A Milan five piece whose spontaneous approach to songwriting lends their heavy rock style a frenzied energy, Rockstar Frame are a band who are going places.
With a sound which follows naturally on from the likes of Guns ‘n’ Roses and Aerosmith, only with the powerful female vocals of Faith Blurry, they are already turning heads in their home country having won the national ‘Rock the Road Contest’. Competing against 70 hand-picked bands from across the country Rockstar Frame came out on top thanks to their killer songs and great live show.

Rockstar Frame have an origin story like no other. The band was started when founder Max was in a coma after falling from cliff. His family played him rock music while he was unconscious, and he woke with the belief that the music helped to bring him back – inspiring him to write his own.
From there, the band was formed, and has been growing ever since – only set to get even bigger with the arrival of the new album and the help of a growing fanbase.
That fanbase will, in fact, have the opportunity to pick up a free copy of the new album. Raising money for Cancer Research UK through the ‘Make Chart History’ Campaign
Hard rock with an 80s twist inspired by the likes of Bon Jovi, Def Leppard, Aerosmith, Dokken and more, Wings of Pegasus are a rock band with a big sound and a fresh approach to the music industry. With new single ‘That’s Metal (To My Ears)’ due in May, the band are running a campaign called ‘Make Chart History’, aiming to take the independent release to the very top of the charts, all the while donating the proceeds to Cancer Research UK.
Hoping to whip up a groundswell of support, songwriter Fil Henley is working hard to spread the word on the campaign as well as the single itself – an independently produced homage to old 80’s bands with big hair and screeching guitar solos. Designed to encourage listeners to dust off the air guitar, it’s great fun and the most light hearted track on the ‘Persistence’ album, which is out now.
This was filmed when the band performed at The Bedford, which has played host to many other now-famous acts, kINKY dOVE are looking to expand their audience, and it certainly won’t be difficult.
Made up of Scott Wade, Damian ‘Virgil’ Ward, Sulene Fleming and Adam Falkner. None of these are strangers to the spotlight, with Damian’s previous band V-Capri achieving recognisable success in his home city of Perth, with 6 top-10 singles, and a no. 77 on the UK charts, and Scott recently rubbing shoulders with Ed Milliband at a garden party in London. London-based singer and writer Sulene has toured all over the UK and Europe with bands such as The New Mastersounds and The Fantastics! Sulene has also featured on dance tracks released by Freestyle Records and the Ministry of Sound. Adam has been in One eskimO for many years, as well as recording with kINKY dOVE, and he is the drummer of choice for Dido, Pete Doherty and Amy Macdonald – to name a few.
